A STORY THAT BEGAN IN 2005

ASW-ATI was founded in 2005 with the aim to build asset control, monitoring and automation systems for water and gas networks. In those years there was talk of TELECONTROL SYSTEMS, while the terms IoT, Smart and Digitalization had not yet taken place!
From the beginning, our approach was based on the adoption of consolidated standards and emerging technologies to optimally blend the available knowledge of the OT and IT sectors.
Customer’s operativity requirements are what lead the development of our projects allowing us to provide effective tools to support the daily management of networks and plants. We put great value in the bond of trust that we developed with our customers through constant communication and continuous support enhancing the value of our respective knowledge to create a “whole greater than the sum of its parts”.
Trust that our team wins and defends every day, in the process of developing ad hoc solutions to digitalize processes. We install state-of-the-art technologies in the field, providing the best software solutions to interpret data and support automations.

This has allowed us to develop customized systems, capable of supporting processes and preventing potentially critical situations based on the real needs of managers. What sets us apart is envisioning technological environments that places people at it’s centre.

We do not have standard solutions for standard applications, but advanced solutions for advanced approaches.

SYNERGY AND DICHOTOMY

Our approach and passion for technology allowed us to join the AVK Group in 2018.
With the Danish organization, such a great union of intent and vision immediately emerged, to give life to the project AVK Smart Water, with the aim of digitalizing AVK core products. An ambitious project on a global scale based on the most current IoT technologies and LPWan networks managed by the Smart BU.
BU Systems continues to be a pillar of our company and operates as a System Integrator in the field of monitoring and automation systems for water and gas networks.

This dichotomy allows us to act as a bridge between Northern European excellence in the management of NRW and Italian wits applied to R&D.

The two BUs collaborate not only to share resources and know-how, but mostly because as SCADA System Integrators we know very well what is missing on the market: state detection and measures otherwise invisible to other monitoring systems that the AVK Smart Water product portfolio allows us to track and show.
